Job Description |
1-Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues,
2- Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.
3-Comply with all health and safety regulations,
4-Managing staff and providing them with feedback
5-Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards
6-Organising and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff
7- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
8- Handling all branch complaints
9-Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
10-Cleanliness and organization of work areas
11-Meeting and greeting customers and supervise organizing table reservations.
12-To Follow and handle all maintenance issues 13-Check quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods.
14-handling administration and paperwork
15-arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services
16-Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate
